Grading Policy:
In my classroom, I have a ZERO tolerance policy. This means that you get ONE warning, (The entire school year) after that it is all about consequences. The choice is yours…make it wisely! This tolerance policy will reflect in your academic grade as well.
- Classwork = 25%
- AR reading = 15%
- Homework = 10%
- Tests/Quizzes = 30%
- Projects = 20%

- All Assignments are to be turned in on the date it is due.
- No homework turned in = Detention after school that same day!
- No late work will be accepted for unexcused absences.
A FEW TIPS FOR SURVIVAL IN MS. LEAL’S CLASSROOM:
- Plan your studying like you are getting ready for the big game.
- Earlier is better than later.
- This is not entertainment, if you are bored; ask a question because you can’t change the channel!
- Do your best!
